Polaris Rig Management (PRM) is the management company for Polaris rigs P-101, P-102, P-103 and P-104 on behalf of the owners.

The company was established in 1996 to provide value added solutions to the North Sea oil and gas industry and as a result of its continued business growth in the North Sea, and strategic investment in overseas E+P developments. PRM has established itself as a market leader in the provision of modular drilling and heavy work-over rigs. PRM’s Head Quarters are in Oslo.

PRM retains a number of staff with extensive experience in rig design. In addition to the ongoing business management of P-101, P-102, P-103 and P-104 PRM also fulfills the following roles

• Sales and Marketing activities for P-101, P-102, P-103 & P-104
• Conceptual engineering designs for rig equipment upgrades
• Project management & site supervision of rig modifications
• Technical support during well engineering operations
• Development of technical concepts for future rig optimization
